Donate some festive cheer!

Christmas Appeal 2020

After the year we’ve all had, Christmas 2020 matters more than ever.

Swansea Bay Radio Radio with our partners Red Kite want to ensure that every family in Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot get the Christmas they serve.

The Christmas Appeal 2020 looks to help local charities across these areas. Any donate you make, big or small will help make this Christmas as special as possible.

Make a Donation

To help make a difference this Christmas to families across Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot you can make a donation on our Christmas Appeal Just Giving page which will go directly to our chosen charity.

How your donation helps

Llamau know that this year is likely to be a very different Christmas for everyone, but for the people they support, who simply don’t have the support network of family and friends that many of us take for granted, it will be especially difficult.

Usually at this time of year, they would be asking for donations of gifts for the young people and women we support. Whilst they understand how much our supporters love to spread the Christmas spirit by donating gifts, the ongoing COVID19 pandemic means that, this year, it is incredibly difficult for them to manage and distribute donations whilst also keeping their colleagues, supporters and the people we support safe. Not only this, but they would also hate for any gifts to go undelivered due to unexpected lockdown restrictions. That’s why, this year, they are asking for monetary donations that will allow their frontline support colleagues to choose a bespoke gift for each person they support, based on what they know that person will love.
